It's absolutely unreal. I can't believe it's been almost 4 months since I last wrote in here. And my life is still boring as hell!

OK, started a new diet. This one is going to be rather simple, I hope. I've figured that I my body burns approximately 3100 calories in a day. (I'm 6'1" and 220lbs) I'm going to be trying to restrict my caloric intake to 2500 calories a day and I'm going to up my exercise level. At one point I was running 3-4 times a week. I need to get back to that or, at the very least, walking instead of spending all day in front of the computer. I'm using the following resources to get my caloric count:

I eat there most of the time when I'm running late.
